A full-bodied, vibrant Chardonnay with green apple crunch, vibrant acidity and mineral flavours on the palate. The wine grapes are harvested from the southern end of Burgundy. The Talmard name is recorded in viticultural documents going all the way back to the seventeenth century.
Expertise and love of the craft of wine-growing have always been the watchwords of the Talmard family. In the last 20 years, the couple have seen their Uchizy-based business thrive. Production on the estate’s 31 hectares of vines has increased from 150,000 to 290,000 bottles.
