Powerfull but fresh wine, extremely long and persistent with a subtle of aromas of red fruits, violets, spices and chocolate.
Viticulture: High trellis vineyard at 1400masl located at Gualtallary, Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Rocky soils with presence of granite and calcareous.
Winemaking: The grapes are manually harvested. Fermentation starts spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs. After the alcoholic fermentation is completed, it ages 50% of the wine in New French Oak Barrels of 500L for 18 months.
