Description
A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, partially aged in oak. Medium to full bodied with aromas of brambly fruit and a touch of caramel. Superbly balanced with a concentrated, yet elegant, texture.
Clos Centeilles is in the heart of the Langueodc region of Southern France. Owned by Patricia Boyer-Domergue, they are farming organically and saving many varietals from near extinction. The 32 acres is planted to Grenache Noir, Mourvedre, Morastel a Jus Noir, Oeillade, Piquepoul Noir, Riveirenc Noir, Syrah, and Cinsault.
