The second vintage of this 100% Macabeo. Single vineyard site. Gets 2 weeks on its skins and no added So2. Beautiful amber colour with orange, citrus and apple falvours. A saline finish.
Mariona and Albert have been working with Indigeneous grapes and making beatiful clean, natural wines with no added So2 for over 10 years. Using grapes that have been traditionally used to make inexpensive Cava, they are making serious waves in Conca de Barbera.
