Description
Pale straw coloured, with green and steely flecks. Clean and intense aroma, tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus fruits, balsamic and mineral notes. Fresh, balanced, with the body and bitterness characteristic of these varieties.
The vineyards are situated in Toledo, on poor soils, of red and clay earth, with the yields per hectare being pretty low. We don’t do any treatments for disease or insects, as it is the perfect place for sincere, sustainable and ecological winegrowing.
