Description
A stunning Sauvignon Blanc made in Canterbury, New Zealand, also a sibling of the gorgeous Maui. Both wines are part of the Tiki Wines and Vineyards portfolio.
Waiata takes it’s name from the Maori word song and in this instance it refers to a song of celebration
Dazzling and delicate this is bursting with flavour and refreshing acidity. A classic cold climate Sauvignon with gooseberry, green fruit and herbaceous notes along with lovely minerality and a nice zippy finish. The ripe, full flavours and tight structure of the palate reflect the attributes of the upper Wairau Valley vineyards.
Ruth says ” Gooseberry, green fruit, herbaceous, lots of minerality with a zippy, fresh finish.”
