Description
A very delcious and affordable wine from Mallorca. Castell de Santueri Red is made from the grape varieties Callet, Mantonegro, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French and American oak barriques. On the palate, this wine offers excellent candied fruits and Mediterranean wild herbs while still maintaining a great liveliness and complexity.
Verging on full bodied but with a leaner ABV and an abundance of fruit.
13% ABV
Great with duck and red meat!
