Description
This is a small family estate making the finest Maconnais wines around. Jacques and Dominique Simonin now run Domaine Simonin which was founded in 1803.
2020 was the first vintage allowed to be classified Premier Cru in Pouilly-Fuissé, making this one of the first wines to achieve this classification – and it is a stunning example that is well worthy of its new status.
An elegant, floral nose with lots of white orchard fruit, anise and citrus. There is excellent richness, medium-bodied flavours with a really long finish.
100% Chardonnay. 13.5% ABV.
