Description
Akashi Single Malt is produced at the Eigashima Distillery. The Distillery, better known as the White Oak, produces whiskey for just one month each year. Produced in small batches, this execptional Japanese whisky is exclusively made from malted barley, and aged for 3 years in Bourbon casks. It is neither chill filtered nor coloured. Notes of caramel, plums and golden syrup combine with hints of dried fruit on the palate, with a long nutty finish
