Maturation:
15 Y.O. Single Grain, initially matured for 9 years and 2 months in a first-fill Bourbon cask, followed by 2 years and 11 months in an Amontillado cask, and finished for 2 years and 11 months in a Pedro Ximénez cask
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet Sherry, almonds, dark fruits, rolling tobacco, leather.
Taste: Juicy ripe raisins, demerara sugar, prunes, intense syrupy mouthfeel with some zingy spicy notes.
Finish: Long, medium sweet, rich dark fruits, Christmas spices.
