This is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Mouvedre & Syrah.
Soft, dry, crisp palate, with crushed summer berry fruit and a lovely clean acidity on the finish. Very limited supply and we’re delighted to be one of only 5 off-licences in Ireland retailing it!
Drinks best with shellfish – Lobster especially, salads or just cold on a hot day!
