Description
A blend of 77% Pinot grigio with the balance made up of Riesling, French Colombard and other varietals. The wine first undergoes 100% non-malolactic fermentation before being cold fermented at 50°F. These processes enhance and preserve the bright aromas, fresh fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing acidity that make Pinot Grigio so darned delicious.
