Description
A blend of Grenache and Carignan, organically farmed, and fermented and aged in concrete. It’s a lighter-coloured red with inviting aromas of red cherries, some sweet strawberries and a trace of green herbiness. But it’s the palate that stands out: it has a real sweetness to the fruit, and a seamless quality, with very low tannin extraction and a hint of pepper and cinnamon in the background.
