Description
Deep color, great concentration of dark and red fruits on the nose with notes of pepper and dark chocolate. Palate with a silk texture, great concentration and volume, displaying a firm structure of tannin and balanced acidity which will allow the wine to mature for many years.
It is recommended to decant before serving. Can be enjoyed now and will become more complex with further cellaring for a couple of decades. Serve with soft cheeses, mild blue cheese, perfect companion to dark chocolate desserts or even a pepper steak!
