The wine displays a brilliant straw-yellow hue with subtle green reflections, opening with a focused, expressive bouquet of fresh orchard fruits like crisp green apples, yellow pears, and Amalfi lemons, layered with elegant nuances of orange blossom, wild honey, and a smoky hint of gunflint. On the palate, it is powerfully structured, linear, and meticulously clean. A driving javelin-force vein of tight, mouth-watering acidity slices beautifully through a dense, slightly waxy texture of ripe stone fruits, carrying into an exceptionally long, focused finish defined by a stark, salty minerality.
