Crafted using the traditional Metodo Classico (identical to Champagne), this iconic wine features an ultra-fine, persistent stream of elegant bubbles. The nose opens with an aristocratic bouquet of crisp golden apples, lemon curd, and white peach, seamlessly layered with rich undertones of fresh-baked brioche, toasted hazelnuts, and wild honey. On the palate, it is bone-dry, vibrant, and incredibly pure. A driving vein of lime-driven acidity cuts flawlessly through a creamy, full-bodied texture, carrying into a long, mouth-watering finish highlighted by a classic chalky mineral grip.
