An exceptionally vibrant, certified-organic dry Riesling that beautifully captures the renaissance of Germany's Rheinhessen region. Crafted by the historic seventh-generation estate, this terroir-driven white is sourced from the premium Grand Cru Sackträger vineyard

On the nose, it offers a youthful, expressive bouquet dominated by ripe pineapple, citrus peel, green apple, and nectarine, complexly laced with yellow flowers and a classic hint of smoky flint. The palate is dry, crisp, and beautifully structured; a brief 20-hour skin maceration prior to pressing gives it a textured, full-bodied roundness that perfectly balances its lively, tongue-tingling acidity. It drives forward into a long, harmonious finish underscored by a distinct, stony minerality derived from the deep loess and limestone soils. This zesty white is a sensational partner for sushi, fresh seafood platters, creamy goat cheeses, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine
