Champagne Theophile Brut NV

This non-vintage Brut cuvée from Théophile is made from the young vines of Louis Roederer's vineyard combined with plots of Pinot Meunier from the traditional Champagne crus of the Marne valley and the western part of the Montagne de Reims.
The nose, with yellow fruit (nectarine) and citrus (preserved lemon) notes presiding, develops gradually into delicious pastry, baked apple, tart tatin and lightly toasted cocoa bean scents.
Full and juicy from the attack, the palate is light and delicious with a lively effervescence, followed by a lovely freshness at the finish. 12.5% ABV
