A historic cuvée produced since the 17th century, the Tradition Rouge is the quintessence of Domaine de la Solitude’s diverse terroir. Drawn from a mosaic of vineyard soils—ranging from sandy safres to the iconic galets roulés (rounded pebbles)—this wine represents a masterclass in balance and traditional winemaking. Hand-harvested and vinified using gentle extraction in concrete tanks, this 2023 vintage showcases the purity and structural finesse characteristic of the estate.
The wine is fresh, balanced, and remarkably poised. It delivers a full-bodied richness featuring deep notes of cocoa, dark cherry, and plum. 15% ABV
