Château Saint Brice produces this red from their estate vineyards blending 80% Merlot with 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is classic St. Émilion where ripe flavors of blackberries and plum mingle with hints of licorice, dried herbs, vanilla and spice. The grapes are selected and picked by hand which get their start in stainless steel tank before ageing for 12 months in French oak.
