A rich and juicy Italian red from Abruzzo, made from 100% Montepulciano. The nose is packed with ripe blackcurrant, plum and dark cherry, with hints of tobacco, spice and a touch of toasted oak.
On the palate it is generous, smooth and beautifully balanced, combining succulent dark fruit with refreshing acidity and soft, rounded tannins. A subtle savoury and spicy character adds complexity, leading to a smooth, satisfying finish.
A wonderfully approachable Montepulciano that offers plenty of flavour without being too heavy — classic Italian comfort in a glass. 13.5% ABV
