Combining traditional regional craftsmanship with a brilliant freshness, this classic blend balances a rich, creamy palate with beautifully mouthwatering acidity

The nose reveals an aromatic complexity packed with citrus peel, white peach, apricot, and subtle notes of acacia blossoms and fresh honey. On the palate, a brief 48-hour skin maceration of the Sémillon adds a smooth, rounded texture and fine depth, finishing clean and mineral-forward with hints of wet stones and lemon zest. This dry white pairs spectacularly with lemon sole, fresh seafood platters, or regional goat cheeses
