The bouquet opens beautifully with aromas of ripe mirabelle plums, yellow apples, and fresh pear, accented by delicate undertones of shortbread and a buttered pastry note. On the palate, it is light, bone-dry, and structural. Flavours of citrus zest, crisp green apple, and subtle grapefruit mingle with a creamy texture, leading into an elegant, clean-cut, and mineral finish
