On the palate, a silky entry leads into a medium-to-full-bodied, velvety-smooth texture. Lush layers of pineapple, white peach, and Meyer lemon run seamlessly into sophisticated nuances of creamy crème brûlée and sweet caramel. This decadence is balanced effortlessly by a bright, mouth-watering streak of acidity and a distinctive hint of flinty salinity on the long, juicy finish.
