El Pinto is a collaboration between Les Caves de Pyrène and Hacienda La Parrilla. The idea behind this project is to create excellent value wines, from sustainably grown grapes, as naturally as possible, wines that will identified with the characteristic of the area.
This white hails from Cadiz. Made from 100% Palomino.
Crisp and bright, with vibrant notes of green apple and citrus fruit. Some delicate floral notes sit in the background. The finish is clean and slightly reductive
