The nose is expressive and complex, opening with tropical aromas of pineapple, lychee, and ripe peach, layered with hints of white flowers, nutmeg, and wild thyme. On the palate, it is full-bodied, silky, and beautifully crunchy. Plump flavours of wild strawberry, cherry, and citrus zest melt into an energetic mid-palate, before resolving into a remarkably long, dry finish defined by a refreshing streak of saline, iodine-tinged minerality.
