Crafted by winemaker Oliver Haag from impossibly steep, slate-soil slopes along the Mosel River, this 2024 Trocken is a masterclass in mineral precision and fresh, cool-climate energy. It displays a brilliant pale yellow hue in the glass. The nose opens with a concentrated and elegant bouquet of fresh white-fleshed fruits, crunchy green apples, peach, and grapefruit, underscored by complex undertones of wild herbs and spicy clay notes.
