It pours a brilliant, crystal-clear straw yellow with youthful greenish glints. The highly expressive nose opens with a fragrant, elegant bouquet of crisp white peaches, green apples, and lemon verbena, layered beautifully over soft floral notes of white blossoms and a hint of wild honey. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, remarkably clean, and crisp. A driving, mouth-watering vein of zesty citrus acidity cuts flawlessly through a slightly rounded, waxy texturing of fruit, carrying into an exceptionally long, balanced finish marked by a distinct, chalky mineral backbone and a classic trace of bitter almond.
