It pours a brilliant, dyp greenish-gold colour. The incredibly expressive, unctuous nose explodes with a complex bouquet of ripe mirabelle plums, caramelized peaches, mango, and lychee, subtly underpinned by elements of fresh honey, wild blossoms, and sweet ginger spice. On the palate, the attack is thick, silky, and luxuriously juicy. Its rich core of candied tropical fruits coats the mouth completely, but is instantly lifted by a racy, glass-cutting vein of precise acidity that slices through the sugar. It resolves into a remarkably long, dense, and multi-layered finish defined by a distinct, chalky mineral backbone.
