A beautifully matured Irish single malt, aged for 12 years in bourbon casks to develop a rich yet elegant character. The nose offers sweet vanilla, honey and ripe orchard fruit, followed by a smooth palate of creamy toffee, toasted oak and gentle spice. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of vanilla, malt and subtle oak.
