A uniquely complex nose opens with aromatic notes of fresh pine, Japanese incense, green apple, and white blossoms. The palate is medium-bodied, bone-dry, and delightfully savory, layering rich cereal umami and subtle wood spice with an unexpected hint of white peppercorn and smoky undertones before snapping into a exceptionally clean, refreshing finish.
