Crafted by the historic, highly revered Barton family, La Réserve is the exceptional second wine of the iconic 1855 Grand Cru Classé Château Léoville Barton. Vinified with the exact same meticulous care as the Grand Vin and aged for up to 18 months in fine French oak barrels, this 2018 vintage captures all the opulent warmth and structure of a legendary growing season

It pours a deep, intense garnet-purple in the glass. The sophisticated nose opens with a dense bouquet of crushed blackcurrants, wild blackberries, and dark plums, seamlessly layered with elegant notes of cedarwood, cigar box, graphite, and wild violets. On the palate, it is medium-to-full-bodied, rich, and remarkably complete. A generous core of ripe black forest fruits is supported by a spine of firm, perfectly polished tannins and an uplifting fruit freshness, resolving into a long, savoury finish marked by a classic Saint-Julien mineral drive
