Pours a brilliant, deep straw-yellow with golden and greenish glints. The complex nose unfurls an exotic bouquet of ripe apricot, quince, honeydew melon, and preserved orange peel, beautifully underpinned by sophisticated notes of fresh brioche, wild honey, and a hint of petrol. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and luxuriously viscous. A concentrated core of baked stone fruits is flawlessly balanced by a piercing, clean-cut vein of Atlantic acidity, carrying into an exceptionally long, moreish finish defined by a salty underpinning and smoky mineral grit.
