Nose — Rich peat smoke, iodine, seaweed and salty sea air, layered with dried fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and a subtle sweetness reminiscent of sherry-soaked raisins.
Palate — Full-bodied, oily and beautifully balanced. Powerful smoky peat and maritime saltiness mingle with dark chocolate, dried figs, caramel, warm spices and rich oak. A touch of sweetness softens the medicinal, earthy smoke.
Finish — Exceptionally long, warming and drying, with lingering wood smoke, sea salt, pepper, dark chocolate and a gentle oak bitterness. 43% ABV
