An elegant Loire Valley red made from Cabernet Franc, displaying aromas of ripe red berries, blackcurrant and violet with subtle notes of spice and graphite. The palate is fresh and medium-bodied, with silky tannins, vibrant acidity and a refined mineral character, leading to a long, balanced finish. An excellent pairing with roast poultry, pork, charcuterie and grilled vegetables.
