Part of the collaborative 'Terroirs Project' with natural wine pioneers Les Caves de Pyrene, Les Bardets Blanc is a delightfully pure expression of native grape varieties from South West France. Crafted by the historic Cave de Labastide in Gaillac, this biodynamic white bridges the gap between classic styles and low-intervention methods. Two-thirds of the juice is directly pressed while one-third undergoes a 10-day skin maceration, resulting in an incredibly vibrant, subtly textual field blend that sits "just the right side of natty"
