On the palate, the blend is beautifully crisp, clean, and fruit-forward. The soft, supple fruit character is perfectly accented by a youthful, energetic kick of cracked black pepper and subtle dried herbs, resolving into a refreshing, highly crushable finish with practically zero heavy oak interference.
