A beautifully textured Chardonnay with aromas of white peach, ripe pear and citrus blossom, complemented by hints of toasted almond, brioche and wet stone. The palate is rich yet vibrant, balancing creamy fruit with crisp acidity and a pronounced mineral character, leading to a long, saline finish. An excellent accompaniment to shellfish, grilled fish, roast chicken and creamy risottos.
