Recioto is the ancient, sweet predecessor to Amarone. While Amarone is fermented until completely dry, Recioto fermentation is stopped early to preserve the luscious, concentrated sugars of the raisined grapes.

Full-bodied, velvety, and elegant. The entry delivers a rich, dark-fruit sweetness that is immediately balanced by a surprisingly vibrant, cranberry-like structural acidity and a firm, fine-grained tannic grip.
