Domaine Matrot Meursault-Blagny 1er Cru 2018 is a refined Chardonnay with aromas of ripe pear, white peach and citrus, layered with notes of toasted hazelnut, brioche and flinty minerality. The palate is rich and concentrated yet beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity and a distinctive chalky freshness, leading to a long, elegant and complex finish. A superb match for lobster, turbot, roast poultry and creamy mushroom dishes.
