A unique collaboration between Nicolas Potel (Burgundy) and Stéphane Aviron (Beaujolais), applying traditional Burgundian techniques to optimize freshness.

An expressive nose leaps from the glass with vibrant aromas of dried cranberries, red cherries, and wild raspberries layered with a delicate touch of spice and earth. The palate is beautifully mid-weighted and silky, offering a juicy, cushioned core of ripe red berry fruits balanced by fine, savory tannins and a refreshing, vibrant finish.
