A bright, fresh and characterful Spanish white made from organically farmed Macabeo. The nose is full of yellow apple, crunchy pear and ripe green citrus, with delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and mouthwatering, with lively acidity, lime, orchard fruit and a subtle mineral edge, finishing clean, dry and refreshing.

Parajes del Valle is a young, modern winery established in 2018, with winemaker María Jover bringing a contemporary approach to traditional Spanish viticulture. The winery champions organic farming and small, traditionally worked vineyards, producing wines that are fresh, expressive and free from unnecessary intervention.
