An incredibly bright, expressive, and value-driven California white crafted under Baron Ziegler's Pavette brand. By utilizing a majority stainless steel fermentation and capping the heavy malolactic conversion, the winemaking team steers clear of over-extracted, flabby California styles, opting instead for a profile focused on crisp, sun-ripened fruit clarity

Aged for 8 months in a strategic split of 70% inert stainless steel tanks to lock in fruit vibrancy, and 30% French oak barrels to build texture and complexity

It pours a brilliant, clear straw-yellow color in the glass. The highly inviting nose opens with an attractive bouquet of golden apples, ripe Bosc pears, and fresh pineapple fruit, layered with subtle secondary hints of lemon curd, vanilla bean, and a delicate touch of lightly toasted oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, remarkably clean, and velvety smooth. A silky, generous entry of orchard fruits and stone fruits runs seamlessly over the tongue, effortlessly balanced by a crisp vein of lively acidity that keeps the palate fresh and finishes with a snappy, refreshing citrus twist.
