A combination of clean fruit and rustic funk. It opens with bright, explosive notes of wild strawberries, sour red cherries, and raspberry, grounded by subtle notes of white tea, rooibos, and autumn leaves. Highly energetic. Gentle, frothy clouds of persistent bubbles coat the mouth. It mimics a refreshingly crisp lemon-strawberry sorbet, driven by sharp, juicy acidity and just a tiny kiss of soft residual sugar to balance the tart fruit.
