This naturally made pét-nat rosé from Gamay grapes pours a delicate pale pink with a hint of orange. Lively, fine bubbles lift subtle aromas of stony strawberries, florals and a touch of minerality. The palate is crisp and bright, with gentle notes of strawberry, blood orange and bitter grapefruit. A thread of refreshing acidity balances the slight residual sugar, leading to a clean, slightly off-dry finish with a whisper of amaro. At 11.5% ABV
