100% Pinot Noir

It pours a translucent, luminous ruby red in the glass. The nose is incredibly pretty, immediate, and wild, opening with a fragrant bouquet of fresh red currants, wild strawberries, and morello cherries, beautifully layered with secondary notes of damp earth, dried rose petals, and a touch of gamey spice. On the palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied, bright, and velvety smooth. A crunchy core of sour cherry and forest floor flavours runs over incredibly fine, silky tannins, balanced perfectly by a refreshing, mouth-watering vein of crisp acidity that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
