A beautifully poised and elegant Chardonnay from one of Pouilly-Fuissé's newly classified Premier Cru sites. The nose is expressive and refined, with white flowers, lemon, pomelo and delicate violet, alongside subtle hazelnut and gentle oak. On the palate it is rich yet wonderfully fresh, combining ripe citrus and stone fruit with impressive minerality, fine acidity and a lovely saline finish.
The wine has excellent texture and depth without feeling heavy, making it a classic example of the more refined side of southern Burgundy Chardonnay
