It pours a brilliant pale gold with light greenish reflections. The nose is wonderfully expressive, opening with fresh white flowers, crisp green apples, and lemon curd, elegantly framed by sublte notes of integrated butter cream and soft toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, the wine is tight, focused, and beautifully precise. A clean, driving vein of high citrus-driven acidity punches through a slightly rounded, waxy texture of pear and stone fruit, carrying into a long, mouth-watering finish defined by a classic limestone grip
