The Chikumanishiki Shuzō "Kizan" Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu is a highly characterful, boutique Japanese sake crafted by a historic brewery in the Nagano Prefecture.

Unusually rich and full-bodied for a Ginjo. It perfectly balances an initial fruit sweetness with a sharp, vibrant acidity and a creamy undercurrent resembling yogurt. The finish is clean, punchy, and deeply refreshing
