It pours a hazy, vibrant coral pink with a lively, frothy mousse. The nose pops with a delightfully crunchy bouquet of wild strawberries, red currants, and pomegranate fruits, woven together with subtle leaveny notes, sourdough crust, and a bright splash of pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is thin-skinned, cheerful, and bone-dry. A zesty wave of energetic, citrus-driven acidity cuts cleanly through the texture, leaving a thirst-quenching, salt-tinged mineral finish.
